Wolf-Eyes® Forensic LED Light Sources Kit was specially designed and developed as a crime scene investigator’s and lab technician’s tool, which is used for enhancing observation, photography and collection of evidence including latent fingerprints, body fluids, hair and fibers, bruises, bite marks, wound patterns, shoe and foot imprints, gun shot residues, drug traces, questioned documents, bone fragment detection, etc.
It consists of handheld, aircraft aluminum, and self-contained visible light sources - each operating at or very near the light frequency marked on individual lights. This system covers the light spectrum from longwave 395nm ultraviolet up to the red region of 625nm. To facilitate general crime scene searches, a white LED light is included.

UV Light Instructions
UV Light should always be employed in the preliminary examination and location of physical evidence. It has the same dimension as other LED lights, however the nine (9) UV LEDs operate from one (1) Li-ion rechargeable battery only as the lamp head works in 3.7V Voltage only.
Note: This UV light can not be powered by 2 x CR123 battery!
Light Diffuser Instructions
a. Due to the light intensity, certain applications may require a less intense, softer light. To provide softer light, we
engineered a diffuser that easily slips on and off the seven (7) visible light sources.
b. Put the Light Diffuser on the light and fix it by knob on it when you need soft light. Pull the lens gently and twist it, and you can get normal light again (it is not necessary to take the diffuser off the light).
Tripod Instructions
It allows for hands-free processing. It features a flexible mount for a maximum height of 30cm. Not only does this enable precise positioning of the light over the area being processed, but aids in facilitating photographs as well.
i. Twist the tailcap of flashlight and put it aside first, then put the flashlight into the Mount. And screw the tailcap onto the flashlight.
ii. Fix the flashlight with the knob on the Mount
iii. Position the light to your desire angel, and then twist the adjusting knob to fix it.
Barrier Filters & Goggles Instructions
a. They are needed to block visible light in order to see fluorescence. The Wolf-Eyes Forensic Kit provides barrier filter goggles in Yellow, Orange and Red as well as similarly colored 52mm camera barrier filters to photograph the resultant fluorescence. The 395nm UV Light requires no filters. However, clear goggles are recommended for general eye protection.
b. Goggles: The eye-protections of Goggles are in accordance with the EU criterions of EN 166, EN170, 2001.
Note:
* Don’t use abrasive materials. Use warn suds and soft cloth to wash and clean.
* Use alcohol to disinfect the eye-protection parts which are directly in contact with the skin.
* The product can only protect the eyes from collision of a moderate degree, but not supposed to be un-breaking.
